PROJECT 1
Design and Development of an Automated System for Electrical and Dimensional Testing
During my final year project at PREMO Méditerranée, I had the incredible opportunity to plan, develop, and design an automated system for electrical and dimensional testing, aimed at improving the company's quality control processes. Ensuring the highest standards of product quality is essential in today’s competitive landscape, and this project was a key step in helping PREMO achieve that. This experience taught me the immense value of automation in enhancing efficiency, precision, and consistency, while significantly reducing human error.
I WAS :
- Responsible for organizing organizing all documentation and breaking down tasks, using Jira and Asana to stay on top of milestones. This setup gave me a clear structure and ensured I was always one step ahead.
- To keep the project moving smoothly, I built out Gantt charts and crafted project specifications in Excel and MS Project, which was incredibly helpful for visualizing timelines and staying efficient.
- As I dug deeper, I used Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to spot potential risks early on, and by performing FMEA, I outlined four key solutions for risk management. This part of the project taught me the importance of foresight and adaptability.
- On the technical side, programming machine components and running four specific electrical tests was a hands-on way to ensure the system functioned reliably, something I took real pride in.
- Designing components in SolidWorks and creating PLC electrical schematics with AutoCAD allowed me to bring the project vision to life with precision.
- To keep everyone aligned, I provided weekly updates through detailed progress reports, which was a great way to communicate challenges, milestones, and insights.
This project was more than just building a system; it was about understanding how each piece fit into the bigger picture, making calculated adjustments along the way, and seeing it all come together through teamwork and constant learning.

PROJECT 2
Industrialization of a New Project
This project was an invaluable experience that deepened my understanding of the industrialization process and the critical role of documentation. Being involved in each phase—from project planning to final reporting—allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set that includes project management, technical writing, and quality assurance. I found it particularly rewarding to see how meticulous documentation can streamline operations and enhance communication across teams.
I WAS :
In charge of design specifications, recording detailed design and technical specifications for production.
Involved in process documentation, describing the production processes, technologies, and workflows to ensure everything was clear and organized.
Engaged in developing testing protocols, documenting testing methods, validation procedures, and quality assurance measures we needed to maintain high standards.
Tasked with change management, recording any modifications made during the project lifecycle to keep track of all updates.
Accountable for final reports, summarizing outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.
This experience really strengthened my technical skills and taught me the importance of thorough documentation and effective communication throughout the project
