Plan to develop an IoT-based temperature and humidity monitoring device
This experience taught me the power of relationship building across cultures. Collaborating with teams from Indonesia and South Korea, I learned to adapt to different work styles and bridge communication gaps. We overcame time zones and language barriers by fostering an open environment, encouraging feedback, and ensuring regular, clear communication. By valuing diverse perspectives and creating mutual respect, we unlocked innovative solutions that strengthened the project. It was a rewarding reminder that successful collaboration relies on trust, openness, and the ability to bring together diverse ideas.
